Problem:
Flywheel Digital went through a rebrand and marketing refresh in 2023. I saw this as an opportunity to actively review content resources at a microscopic level - comparing and updating with new and improved knowledge and data.

Solution:
To tackle this large project of refreshing client-facing materials, I took on a project manager role. I created a team and built a resource tracker to prioritize updates. We met bi-weekly to review progress and integrate new resources as needed.

Result:

This teamwork, combined with project management software, ensured clear deadlines, quality control, and ultimately, achievement of our Q1 goal: all external decks updated.
